Naples Airport is four kilometres away and takes approximately 25 minutes to reach by car. From the airport take the bus 3S or the ALIBUS to the main station on Piazza Garibaldi. From here take the bus CS to the Via Duomo and alight at the second stop, at the crossroads with Via Tribunali. Turn right for the hotel. Alternatively taxis are available and cost approximately 25 EUR to the hotel. Piazza Garibaldi and Piazza Cavour metro stations are within 600 metres. Naples has an integrated bus, subway and tram system. Traffic is chaotic and driving is best avoided. Naples is a large city and although the simplest way to see it is on foot, public transport is recommended for visiting some areas.

Friendly and well positioned
This is a wonderfully friendly hotel sitting in the heart of the old city, with all its charm and character. It is hard to find the words to say just how helpful and accommodating the staff are. This hotel made us want to return to Naples as the base to explore the area.

Oasis of Peace
We loved the calm atmosphere of the Caravaggio, so unexpected in the rush and bustle of Naples. The hotel staff were pleasant, smiling and very obliging, especially when I accidentally locked myself out. Large umbrellas were provided for sudden rainstorms, the tiles of the bathroom floor seemed to be heated from beneath, there were lots of fresh towels and a smartly packaged range of toiletries. As a bonus, we also met very nice fellow guests, who commented on the breakfast, especially the crunchy bread and croissants! In all, a wonderful birthday treat for my daughter and I. Many thanks!
