We travel into Italy many times each year and mostly receive superb friendly hospitality. Service here wasnt surly but did lack that touch which a good hotel or B&B can offer, a smile and a welcome. The building is very old, which isnt a negative by any stretch, but the room contents needed a bit of attention as did the bathroom facilities. We wont be returning.
