Great deal

Rather skeptic at first when we saw the location. Was very impressed with the staff friendliness and efficiency. Great hotel and the shuttle bus was excellent in affording transpo to Rome and back. Restaurant was a bit pricey but the overall experience was great. Would go back to this hotel definitely

Brilliant!

Great hotel! Friendly staff, lovely breakfast. The restaurant might seem expensive but if you like that type of food its worth it! Check the menu on arrival! The bar serves nice food and its not pricey! Get a €4/day metro+bus card, great value! Its not advertised so you have to ask for it. If you buy the €25/3-day card, make sure you want to use all of the included transports. Also, check the shuttle bus times, if you miss it you have to wait for a long time for the next one. I know its a bit away from town but 25mins on the shuttle bus and youre at the metro. Plus there are loads of cute little shop where the shuttle bus stops. Worth checking! Hotel shop a rip-off, look in the other shops before buying anything there!

Pretty Good

We were a family of 4 squashed into a "3 bed suite" - but it was OK. Hotel staff always helpful and very ready with English. Bus into the centre of Rome was easy and drops you/collects you right outside a metro station. We had a problem getting from the train station to the hotel when we first arrived as they could only recommend getting to the nearest metro station and then a taxi (which was hard to find). Overall a good option for a family stay in Rome.

"I would recommend this hotel"

Generally a good experience. Would strongly recommend the hotel puts its telephone number on the website. If it was there, we couldn't find it. It would also help if the website showed the bus timetable and that it stops outside the Metrobar.

Nice hotel

Nice Hotel but pricey, 34 euros for one burger and fries + two cokes !!! Shuttle bus aprox hourly but difficult to get on the late bus back to the hotel (from 8pm) and witnessed some guests needing to find their own way back to the hotel late at night. I think they should run this more often, without specific times but just pick up and drop off service as they could double the runs (esp from 6 pm onwards). Nothing outside the hotel so limited to either going out or staying in hotel. But still enjoyed our stay

Mixed so know what you are getting into

The hotel is far out of the city about 15? cab ride with good traffic. The food and drink in the hotel are expensive. They have you trapped so why not. On the other hand if you carry out wine from the city no one makes a fuss if you drink it on the terrace. The rooms are rather tired but in the process of being refurbished. On the other hand it is very cheap the staff are sweet and helpful.

impressed

Excellent overall service, I love the breakfast esp the fruits. Only thing , hotel is a bit far from the center, shuttle bus is provided free but the earliest bus starts at 8 am so you have to consider it if you want to leave early cause taxi can be very expensive.
