service was exceptional. The concierge is in a league of his own. From our arrival to our departure we felt at home. We strongly recommand this hotel and will be back there in our next trip to Boston.

If you don't have to drive a lot do not take rental car, evrything is accesible by public transportation and taxi, much cheaper.

The hotel service and accommodations were excellent. It has a a great view of the harbor and the city. It is located within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and tourist stops. The summer music series on the wharf was great evening entertainment.

if you have time, take the Ferry Shuttle from the airport. close to great fish restaurants at the Pier.

My expectations were high and I was not dissapointed.The hotel has a quiet elegance and is beautifully appointed. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. The restaurants Intrigue and Meritage offer excellent food and service. The staff at the hotel whether it be the concierge, the valet, the servers in the restaurants or the spa employees were all exceptional. Their attitude and helpfulness was what made this hotel stand out. The location of the hotel is central to all the tourist sites of Boston. The bonus of being on the harbour and the view of the boats, yachts, cruise ships and tankers make it an interesting place to be all by itself. I cannot imagine ever staying anywhere else while vacationing in Boston. The location is

An excellent hotel in a perfect location for both town and harbour activities. Food excellent and reasonably priced. Superior City view room is excellent...no need to go for harbour view. Boston card not such a good deal - requires travelling to other side of main town to get it activated - ok in cool but a long way at 85 degrees and high humidity. Overall an excellent experience.

We chose the harbour view room which was well worth it as the views are great. Staff were ALL really helpful, with good service in the restaurants and great recommendations for places to eat or shop from the concierge. Good sized rooms, great condition. Couldn't fault it.
