The hotel is old, but many areas have been recently refurbished. We had a couple issues, but all were addressed timely with satisfactory resolution. 4-5 block walk from the "T", slightly less to the waterfront.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are cozy and the beds are really comfortable. The hotel location is fabulous. It is close to everything! You must wake up early and take a morning stroll in the harbor area. It is awesome. We are going back next year and will stay at The Hilton!

Great nieghborhood during the day - safe, clean, easy access to the "T". Be aware of the noise factor on weekend nights when the bars nearby let out - if you have kids or a baby or need to wake up early, consider staying elsewhere.
