Location is Excellent

The hotel is in the center of the city. Just in front of the park and is close to the Park Street Station. It is a useful station to visit Back Bay, Cambridge and Airport.

If in Boston again, I'll stay at the Nine Zero

The hotel is in the perfect location. Easy walking distance to the financial district, waterfront, Newbury St., Quincy Hall... and many other great places to see. I enjoyed the Duck Tour! Bring comfortable shoes and enjoy the history and sights of Boston.

Fine experience

This hotel features short halls with "cul de sacs" from which several rooms connect, giving the impression of a much smaller and more intimate hotel than the true size would suggest. It was very quiet. Only problem was in getting coffee supplies for the coffee maker (which we also had to ask for), but overall a great experience. Wonderful restaurant (soft classical music, conducive to actual conversation) in great location for walking the Freedom Trail, North End, etc.

Nice hotel in nice location

Nine Zero is in a great location--across the street is the famous cemetery where Paul Revere and others are buried. Boston Common, Fanueil Hall and Quincy Market are within a couple blocks. The hotel itself is fine. It has a small lobby and is pretty quiet. The decor is modern and so is not "warm" or "cozy." The rooms were clean but still not up to my standards (the blinds were covered in dust, there were lightbulbs out in my room). The hotel staff, however, was great. Very helpful and courteous.

Great location!

Centrally located, walking distance to all relevant tourist sites as well as great shopping and close to the subway. The restaurant affiliated with the hotel, KO Steakhouse, has amazing food!

Great Boutique Hotel!

Get up early, and just walk. Day One, turn right from the hotel and go...... Day Two, turn left.

The only place to stay in Boston

Try walking a few blocks rather than getting into a cab in front of the hotel. It seemed we were on a one way street with limited accessability to change directions. Cabs were always cheaper returning to hotel by more than a few dollars

service was very bad.

I called the front desk and the concierge a few times, most of the time no one answered the phone or rang at least six or seven ring until someone picked the phone. Even the house keeping's service was too slow to reponse to my request. Serice was very bad.

Definitely would stay again

We stayed just one night at Nine Zero and wish we could have stayed longer. Centrally located - not too far to walk to Quincy Market, Boston Common, Newbury St. shopping district. The room was great - comfortable bed, nice modern accommodations.
