The Radisson has a fabulous location; that alone lowers the bar for services and quality given the daily rate. The room itself was certainly large enough, clean and quite comfortable. This is a great choice for a mid price room in the heart of Boston.

There is an Au Bon two blocks away (between the hotel and Boylston road)) which is perfect for breakfast if you do not want to "waste" money on a hotel breakfast.

We loved the Duck tour with our 9 year old. Awesome tour guide. The Science museum at Harvard was incredible. Don't be afraid of the T system, it's a great way to get around.

Great location, We had trolley pickup /Red-line at front door..subway 1 block from us, Each day we took a different direction to a whole new day!! Across the street was also a "food court"with Starbucks and Dunkin donuts and ice cream! PF Chang's and Legal Seafood was within walking distance! The staff was friendly and helpful, we definately would go back to this hotel!

The Radisson is not the newest hotel, but the rooms are clean, the bathrooms have been redone and each room has a balcony. There are lots of neat little restaurants in the area and you can walk to Faneuil hall and to Fenway. The sleep number bed didn't seem to be working all that well, but everything else was great. We arrived early in the day and were given adjoining rooms and an early check-in, no problem

Take the Boylston T instead of Arlington. Trolley Tour stops right in front of hotel...no need to spend 30mins walking around the city.

We were very satisfied overall except for the fact that in booking I was not aware of the fact that both the exercise room and pool were under construction/remodeling and therefore unavailable for use. There were disappointed children and adults in our party due to this fact.

The sleep number bed did not work nor was the pool open. I was just not impressed with the hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean, especially for the price. The service was very good and so was the breakfast. Nothing super fancy, but definitely nice.
