Stay at the Lenox Hotel in Boston!

This charming historic hotel in the desirable Back Bay area of Boston was a delight. The location was convenient for walking to shopping, restaurants, Boston Common and everywhere we wanted to go. The room was lovely and the bed extremely comfortable. The nightly turndown service with delicious cookies was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay the The Lenox the next time I visit Boston!

Excellent Experience

We enjoyed our stay at the Lenox. It was conviently located and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boston.

really comfortable hotel

THE HOTEL IS REALLY NICE, THEY RECEIVE YOU WITH THE PROPER STAFF, THE CHECK IN IS EASY AND QUICKLY, THE ROOM IS PERFECT IN EVERY SENSE AND THE SERVICES IN GENERAL ARE GREAT, IF ILL COME BACK TO BOSTON I WOULDN'T DOUBT TO STAY AGAIN IN THE LENOX HOTEL BESIDES THE UBICATION IS THE BEST OF ALL JUST ONLY ONE BLOCK FROM THE FINEST STORES AND FROM THE MALLS.

Somewhat old, but overall very excellent

The hotel is somewhat old, and the decor and ambiance seems somewhat dated. On the other hand, the room was very large, well-furnished, and offered fast, free Wi-Fi! The hotel also had a small, but adquate gym. If you don't need the latest interior design and decoration, overall a much better value than nearby Marriot, Westin, or Sheraton (hotels I stayed in in previous visits)

Wonderfully Refurbished Small, Older Hotel

The Lenox is just completing a comprehensive refurbishment. The lobby is spectacular. I like small lobbies in old hotels, and this one is comfortably inviting. My wife spent almost as much time in the lobby as in the room. We had a refurbished corner room that with two minor exceptions was all that anyone could want. The two exceptions - the fireplace was inoperable, and the maid deliberately left the tub stopper outside the drain hole, and we didn't try to get it back in place. Neither of those was a big deal to us, but they might bother someome else. The only other quibble is the bar. It's nice enough, but it doesn't measure up to the lobby and other public spaces.

Will definately return

The Lennox hotel, was without doubt , the most comfortable, pleasant and enjoyable hotel that I have ever stayed in. I travel extensively and have never experienced the warmth that my daughter and I experienced during our stay. I have no hesitation in recomending this hotel to anybody who visits Boston.

The people working there are very polite and friendly

The Hotel have very old english touched which was well kept ! Very nice !
