The staff was very helpful,letting me know how to get to desired locations. We were very close to many of the sights we planned on seeing.It was easy to get around the city from the hotel's location. We received friendly greetings from all the staff. The room was not only beautiful, but was very comfortable. They had bathrobes in the room for your use. They were nice to my children, which is very important to me and factors in on my decision on where I will stay while on vacation. I plan on returning to Boston in the future and will stay at the Onyx Hotal again.

For breakfast there is a great little cafe only a 2.5 blocks away called the "Etc. Cafe". Walk out the front door, turn right, go to the corner and turn left onto Causway St. Walk down to the traffic light. The Cafe is 1/2 block away on Staniford St., on the left. Simple, clean, good. They open 8:00am, even on the weekends.

This was the perfect hotel for staying overnight after an event at the Garden! Nice bar, nice room (though a bit small). Would definitely return.

We stayed for 3 nights and had no problems. The kind size bed was room and comfortable. The sheets and towels were soft (which is rare in most other hotels). The bathrooms were clean and roomy. My only negative is that there weren't enough channels on the television, but that is minor.

This hotel is beautiful and right downtown next to the TD bank north Garden. Rooms were great, and there is a lot right around the area. There is also a T station around the corner. The only down fall is that it costs $40 a night to keep your vehicle there.

I was traveling to Boston to run the marathon and just picked a hotel off the internet. I ended up really enjoying my stay at the Onyx. The staff was very professional and friendly. In addition, they went above and beyond to make us marathoners feel welcomed. We got little cards on our doors and they had a buffet of water, bananas and nutrition bars. It was a nice added touch. The hotel was in a convenient location. It was literally 2 blocks from 2 of the T lines so travel was easy. In addition, it was within walking distance of Cambridge and the river. Anyone looking for an eco-friendly hotel, this would definitely be a good choice! I was very impressed by their earth friendly habits.

We stayed in this hotel just for one night. Therefore, we didn't have enough time to enjoy the service. The room was clean, but small for the price we paid. We picked this hotel because of its location and we were really satisfied. It's very close to all downtown attractions.
