The hotel is well located if a little isolated but only a short walk to the underground, shops and restaurants. It is also very quiete. The only negative I would say is that the family room was very small as were the two doube beds such that one of the children had to sleep on the floor.

The Hotel room itself was lovely. The front desk staff were nice to a certain extent...when they weren't chatting amongst themselves, and annoyed at being disturbed by the guests. I booked the room as a triple, and the double beds just fitted the 2 of us, but not comfortably.

"Early morning Roadworks outside Hotel!"by H from Limerick Ireland
Very good location - very near Quincy Market and walking distance to Boston Common, & Public Gardens. Unfortunately there were road works in progress outside the Hotel during our stay - these started up very early in the morning. There is also a loading bay opposite the Hotel which can be noisy during the night (you can hear the big trucks parking). We were on 6th floor at front of Hotel, so perhaps a back room would be a better option if available. Our room was very comfortable and very clean. Would go back - Boston is beautiful!

Nice new hotel. In a very quiet downtown location but only minutes walk from pretty much everything Boston has to offer. If you cannot be bothered to walk then the subway is VERY close. A few bars seconds away. Service good and friendly. We went back already!!
