The Wellbeing Philosophy Spa and Fitness Centre offers state of the art equipment and decor. The Hivernage Hotel offers two restaurants. La Table du Marche incorporates warm mauve and rose-hued contemporary decor with velvet-covered seating alongside traditional Moroccan signatures. Specialising in fine international cuisine, it also features a semi-open veranda and a shop selling pastries and traditionally baked products. La Table Orientale Restaurant offers Moroccan cuisine within an ambience that fuses characteristic regional styles with contemporary western design.

Guestrooms. The 85 air-conditioned guestrooms are individually designed and have contemporary Moorish decor incorporating warm Mediterranean earth tones, traditional materials and modern furnishings. Initially we were checked into a smoking twin room instead of a non-smoking double. On two occaisions on a four night stay we had to request towels. Safe broken, bath broke during stay. Reception failed to confirm bookings/get back to you regarding requests. Upstairs restaurant closed. Hassle by unauthorised tour agent - we were informed that this matter would be dealt with but the individual concerned was still loitering outside the hotel the next day. Oh, also don't expect to receive attention/service from staff whilst you are by the pool (which is partially in the shade the whole day). On the plus side it is in a good location for those wishing to stay near, but not in, the Medina.

We arrived early so we took advantage of the spa and the elegant but extremely comfortable lounge and reception The staff were excellent always available the preparation of the room was wonderful fresh flowers the works The best was the spa wonderful service definitely recommend and go back again

Lovely Hotel Shame about the customer service!
Make sure you request a room off the main street or above the first floor as resident DJ in the dining area is loud and plays until after 12pm...great location and very nice hotel but shame about the staff trying to rip you off!!
