La Sirène - Overlooking the confluence of five canals, this nautically themed restaurant specializes in fresh seafood. La Sirène’s concept was created in cooperation with Michel Rostang, a two-Michelin-star executive chef and proprietor of the Le Dessirier in Paris. The restaurant serves a buffet breakfast, set menus and à la carte lunch and dinner, and Sunday champagne brunch. A waterside terrace is open for lunch and dinner during warmer months.
Lounge - This lounge has a fireplace, upholstered sofas, canal views, and a full bar. Light meals and an afternoon tea are served daily. A waterside terrace is open during summer.
The on-site fitness center features exercise machines, free weights, and a television in a warmly lit room with hardwood floors.
The hotel can arrange private canal cruises for small parties. Bicycle rentals are available throughout the city for riding the bike-path (fietpads) network that crisscrosses the country. Vondelpark, about a mile from the hotel, is popular for jogging, walking, cycling, and roller-skating. Spread over several hundred acres, this lovely park also features outdoor cafés, gardens, duck ponds, a playground, and wide open spaces for soccer, Frisbee, or soaking up the sun.
There is an 18-hole championship standard golf course one kilometre from the hotel, which has a clubhouse and driving range on site.
The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or near the hotel; fees may apply.

see all hotels in Apollolaan District"Expensive and not central there are better hotels in Amsterdam"by K from LONDON
This hotel is at best average. My room was not cleaned properly as the bathroom was still dirtly on 2nd night of stay. Nothing is inclueded internet is at least 10 EUR per hour. Breakfast is not included. It does have parking. It is way out from the centre of Amsterdam (10 min walk, 10 min tram). Close to World trade Centre but that's its only plus point.
"Beautiful Hotel in a Great Location"by M
Super friendly staff and very very nice hotel.
"Great value for money for leisure"by D from Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
The hotel was very posh. It was perfectly placed at the junction of 5 canals, had a very good restaurant and a nice lounge. The food prices were a bit on the higher side but justifiable for the ambience. It is not far from the centre and only about 15 mins by tram hence the area is calm and quiet but still very accessible. Very friendly staff. Only disadvantage is that there isn't lot of eating places nearby except a convenience store in the Shell gas station that keeps sandwiches.
"Utillity Bills"by N from Manchester
Bar was closed for redecoration. Completely unacceptable utility bills like carparking 25 Euro for one night. Internet 18 Euro for 24 hours and so on.
"Won´t go back"by N from Manchester
Internet 17 euro. Carpark 25 Euro per day. If you stay at this hotel be ready for a very heavy utility bill. bar was close and the resturant closed at 23.30.
"Excellent hotel in a great location"by P from Dublin ireland
Enjoyed our stay here close to Trams for access to main areas.Only complaint is that breakfast is good but expensive
"Not impressed"by G from London
The location was great, near the local transport and not far from the center. In general the hotel was really nice, amazing entrance, friendly receptionist but the problem was the room. Not hovered, dust on walls, hair inside bath and as well on the floor of the bathroom. I reported to reception but nobody came to clean. I put a complaint but nobody reply to me yet
"Fantastic hotel"by J from Somerset, England
This hotel is lovely, the rooms have recently been renovated and we had a beautiful room overlooking the boating club. The service we received from all members of staff was second to none. We had no complaints. It was a little way out from the centre but had excellent tram services close by.
"Think about a day trip"by A from Switzerland
The hotel is a bit out of the downtown area, but not too far. It is walkable. The room was big and comfortable. The service was nice as well. (By the way, there is a small red light district just up the street, so if that is your thing... it is there for the taking.)
