All rooms include All rooms includeThe classic Amsterdam image of stately canals, the Canal Loop is principally the Herengracht and Keizersgracht, lined with gracious tall 17th and 18th-century houses. Some of these are now museums, most notably the eccentric Kattenkabinet. The Amstel is a more down-to-earth waterway, lined with houseboats and famous for its classic much–photographed Magere Brug (Skinny Bridge). The floating Flower Market is also a much-loved canal feature.
see all hotels in Canal Loop"Friendly Stay"by S from Exeter, Devon
First sight upon entering the hotel, are some very steep stairs, and I was wondering how we would get our luggage to the top. But we had no fears, there was a very friendly porter who carried our luggage to our room, and from your room when you leave, he did this with ease! By the way, you very easily get used to the stairs. All the staff are extremly friendly and can't do enough for you, and are always on hand if you have a problem. The hotel was close to the trams and a short walk into the shopping centre, also the railway station. Upon our arrival there were some flowers in our room to welcome us to the hotel, this was very nice and personal touch. The room was small, but had loads of shelves and storage area's.The breakfast room was very welcoming, with plenty of choice for food. We didn't use this option as we were out sightseeing, but you could use the breakfast room throughout the day with coffee supplied. We would certainly consider staying at this hotel when we next visit Amsterdam.

"Not for the claustrophobic!"by W from Dublin
Location was great and staff friendly. But....the room was tiny. It;s probably the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in; opening the bedroom door caused it to bang against the wardrobe. The safe was actually on top of the wardrobe due to lack of space The shower was divided from the toilet by a shower curtain - again a tiny space.
"very very freindly"by J from Leeds
The "Nadia" is ideally positioned just behind Dam square within walking distance of pretty much all of Amsterdams nightlife and places of interest , it has the steepest staircase i have EVER seen but if thats not a problem for you the Nadia is an immaculate if a bit dated hotel the staff are very helpfull polite and friendly . our room was like a ships cabin in size but was very clean and had a balcony and we were very happy with it . All things considered i would definatly recommend the hotel unless you were after 4/5 star luxury .
