The owners do not have an adequate boiler to heat the hotel. They would not change our room. Food was heavy and overpriced. We had no choice but to walk to another hotel two blocks away in order to eat a simple meal in a warm restaurant. The people at the other hotel were wonderful, courteous, welcoming, everything the De Herbergh was not.

Need i say anymore, Amsterdam is the place, It has a little bit of something for everyone.

Hotel was just fine. I had read a bad review & was a little worried but I found everything satisfacory. Hotel does not have it's own shuttle but don't let this put you off. There is a free shuttle from the airport & a short half block walk to the hotel.
