Myself & my wife visit Las Vegas normally once a year for 2 weeks. We first stayed in the Gold Coast some 11 years ago & have very few memories of the resort then. We normally stay in Planet Hollywood. This year we decided to book the Gold Coast. We are so happy that we did. This was the best Vacation that we have ever had & we hope to go again next year for 3 weeks. The hotel was clean & the staff very helpful. The Gold Coast is off the strip but you do have the Palms & Rio right by. You can also catch the free shuttle to the Strip & Orleans. The walk to the strip takes around 15 to 20 minutes depending how long you have to wait crossing the roads. The Buffett, in my view, is the best in Vegas for what you pay. Some other resorts will charge twice as much. The pool is small but kept clean. The onsight gym is free & is also kept clean. I used the gym nearly everyday & it has a mix of machines & free weights. I will finish this review by saying that myself & my wife had a brilliant time & cannot wait to go back again next year. Thumbs up to the Gold Coast.” 27/06/2009
