I arrived early and the hotel clerks checked me in upon arrival with no problems. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and offered great customer service. The neighborhood that the hotel is located in is decent. The subway is one block up from the hotel and there is also a bus stop on the same block which is very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel and the Fulton Mall and Lenox Center Mall are about three-four blocks away. Overall my experience was excellent.
