Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was generally clean, but the only problem I had was that the room got smelly when I turned on AC. So I had to turn it off and suffer mugginess instead, which was more tolerable than the smell. For the price I paid, it was ok.

If you want to go to Manhattan take the shuttle do not try to find to subway station because it is too far and very difficult to find it.
