Location. The Dream occupies a Midtown Manhattan Beaux Arts building located one block from Carnegie Hall in New York, N.Y. This property stands two blocks from Fifth Avenue and four blocks from Central Park. Hotel Features. The Dream's two-story lobby incorporates a surreal collection of artistic elements that includes a neon-lit aquarium, a sailing-vessel-shaped crystal chandelier, and a copper statue of Catherine the Great. A glass elevator transports guests to the Chopra Center and Spa which offers saunas and steam rooms, Ayurvedic therapies, a mud room, and yoga and meditation classes. The 1950s retro-style Ava Lounge, named after film star Ava Gardner, is open seasonally and serves signature cocktails. The Rm.Fify5 lobby lounge is open from mid-afternoon until late evening. Serafina, a Fellini-inspired restaurant, serves breakfast fare, and Italian pastas and pizzas during lunch and dinner hours. Amalia restaurant, closed on Mondays, serves Mediterranean- and American-style fare. Complimentary wireless Internet access is provided in public areas of the hotel. A complimentary fitness center contains cardiovascular and weight-training equipment, and free weights.
Guestrooms. The 16-story Dream offers 220 guestrooms with white walls infused with soothing blue accents. Beds feature white bedding, synthetic-down comforters and 300-thread count Egyptian linens. Bathrooms contain showers or shower/tub combinations, bathrobes and L'Occitane toiletries. Rooms include Bose Wave radios, MP3 adaptors, plasma televisions with picture-in-picture functionality, complimentary laptop-compatible in-room safes, and high-speed Internet access for a fee. All accommodations include minibars.

Will definitely be back
Hotel location was great, within walking distance to everything. We had a medium room with an amazing comfy bed, big flat screen t.v and the bathroom was spotless with a great shower. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

great location and great hotel but room was noisy
The Dream Hotel was in a brillaint location, very near times square, excellen italian restuarant at the hotel. & a bar on the 14th floor with wonderful views of the new york skyline. The room was very comfy, small, (but it is Manhatten), the only downside is our room was very noisy due to the air conditioning unit been located outside our room.
