This hotel was good value for money for New York. Rooms and the hotel are very clean although the 1 down side is that they are a little on the small side. This is my 5th trip to New York and by far the best hotel I have stayed in and I would go back and stay again. The hotel is only 1 1/2 blocks from the tube station and there are some good bars in walking distance.

This new hotel is well located if you want to be away from frenetic Midtown. Subway closeby is Spring St. As yet no bar but small restaurant serves breakfast and all day coffee/tea. Rooms are on the small side but have evrything you need incl feather duvets and widescreen TV. Ask for room on one of the higher floors and enjoy the views. You can walk to Soho shops which are the same as on 34th St. If you don't want to walk then turn left onto 6th and hail a cab or got to subway on Spring. Staff are happy, friendly and helpful.
