Arabelle - Sophisticated Continental cuisine, with a focus on local organic produce, naturally raised meats, and pristine seafood. Seasonal menu may feature Butter-Poached Maine Lobster, Maple-Glazed Long Island Duck Breast, Grilled Dry-Aged Niman Ranch Sirloin Steak. Decor includes Murano glass chandeliers, vaulted ceiling, graceful archways, fresh flowers. Superlative, formal service. Buffet and à la carte breakfast Monday-Saturday. Lunch Tuesday-Saturday. Dinner (prix fixe and à la carte) nightly except Monday. Sunday buffet brunch.
Bar Seine - Amber-lit lounge decorated with Moroccan, European, and Asian art and artifacts. Red lacquered walls, leather floor, rich velvet curtains, onyx sconces, Moroccan olive jars. Bar menu and wide range of wines and cocktails, including signature Crystal Cosmopolitan. Open daily from late morning till late evening.
