I was so shocked because even though we only got a basic room with 2 double beds it still looked like the pictures on the website. The views we're amazing, the quality was great, the staff were really nice and helpful.

"Great Downtown location"by S from London
Lift maintenance repair noise was an inconvenience. The building works at Ground Zero went on through the night.
