Great location and good value for the price. Great service from the bellmen. The only concern with the room was that it was a little warm.

Very close to Central Park, Broadway and Times Square. All less than 10 mins walk. Hop on/off bus stops outside the hotel. Bed was really comfortable. Will certainly use this hotel again. Fixed rate taxi fare from JFK to Manhatten is $45 plus toll ($5) and tip. Same rate back to JFK. Good value as it can take over an hour.

Air condition was not working,temp in NY was 104. Staff were unconcerned, Telling me it would be fixed soon.(it never was) Uncooperative with directions to meet with manager.We were offered a free breakfast.

This hotel had no air conditioning for 3 days with 96 degree weather. They did change me to another hotel for the 2nd day and told me I had to come back for the 3rd. They said the AC was working again, but with business meetings and conventions to be at, there was not time to go back again.

The airport travel options offered by the Concierge and Doorman were more expensive than taking a Yellow Cab, so beware their advice and shop about.

Hotel is in a great location, but AC was out the entire time we were there. The staff did not tell us the AC was out, another guess did. Maid service, not very good, I could make a bed better than what we got, wash clothes provided only one day out of three, we had to get them our selves on last day. Overall I will look at other hotels in the same area next trip.

If you want to see Lady Liberty be there early in the morning. Only give out a certain amount of tickets to go inside.

Shower blind in bathroom window was black with mold. Room air conditioning not working for last two nights, weather was 99 degrees plus humidity outside! Complained many times and asked for a fan to be placed in room,nothing was done or offered,not even to be moved to another room or bottles of water in room and never did get a fan. Elevators were slow and one out of order. At checkout was told no discount or refund as the trip was prepaid and no Manager on site to make any decisions. Even the staff were complaining about the complaints, not very helpful at all. The only good thing about the hotel was the location. Would not recommend or stay ther again. June 6-10 2008

The airconditioning was out the entire stay and our room was warm and sleeping was difficult. I reported the airconditioning problem. They stated they were working on it and shrugged their shoulders and never offered anything to compensate for the lack of airconditioning. Otherwise the room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

My wife and had an horrendus experiense where the hotel A/C didn't work in one of the hottest weeks while Park Centarl Hotel staff did nothing to alleviate the situation
