We did our home work and chose the hotel based on other comments we read. We were greeted warmly and found the rooms to be clean and very inviting. When arriving late and unable to get laundry pressing service the gladly delivered an ironing board and iron. Although rooms were not large, they were more than acceptable when one was planning to see the sights and not spend hours in the room. The beds, pillows and linens were high end. The showers were great, but lacked an exhaust system to keep the mirror from fogging up. Other than that, we highly recommend this wonderful, hidden gem a block away from everything.

"Impressive"by H from London
Room was slightly cramped but this is to be expected for NYC. There wasn't much storage space for clothes and I didn't have a safe in the room. My room din't get any sunlight. However the room was in excellent condition and the staff were uber-helpful. Broadway and 5th Avenue are walking distance. Subway station nearby can be used to access any part of the five boroughs with ease.

"Worth considering only if location is your main priority"by K from Dubai
The hotel was in a good location, you can step out of the door and be on 5th Avenue in seconds, however this is the principle selling point. In other areas it fell short of expectations. The lobby is very small and whilst the staff are pleasant and will happily answer your queries, there are only a couple of staff available at any one time and they tend to be busy on other duties, so responses were brief and to the point rather than customer service focussed. The room we were allocated was small, there was no safe, no bath and no fridge. The corridors are very small, we were next to the lift and it was noisy at times. Our overall impression was that it was fine for those who intend to spend little time in the room, but if you consider your hotel stay as part of your overall vacation experience, then you may be disappointed.

Our 2nd visit and would go back again. Although the room sizes are petite the hotel is in such a good location you can forgive the small rooms. Bed comfortable and bathroom spotlessly clean. Towels and bedding changed regularly.
