Stayed for one night, 10th Feb 2009. Hotel reception areas currently undergoing renovation. Location of Hotel excellent, Central times Square. Check in and bar staff very unfriendly. Bar prices really expensive. No hair drier available in room but rooms quite comfortable although small. Tried to book theatre tickets through the hotel but they wanted $100 per person more than we actually paid. All in all a comfortable hotel in a good location but probably would not return

it looks grand [ or at least it tries to . the room quite depressing , the carpet old , air by previous guest in bathroom, cob web the bedroom, the heating very noisy if you need to warm up the room, staff quite t incompetent or simply rude.

The hotel was expensive for what we got, although the room was clean and had everything you need for a stay in new york, the hotel lobby was being renovated which i feel should have been noted on the website when booking it..

This Hotel upheld the standard expected of a Sheraton Hotel. It was worth paying a little more for the excellent location. Situated a few hundred yards from Times Sq and Central park, and a couple of blocks walk to the shopping in 5th and 6th avenues.

This hotel has the most wonderful location. In the middle of Broadway and on the cusp of Time Square. It has a fantastic entrance and exterior with a soon to be enormous lobby (builders etc in while we were there). Staff were great nothing too much trouble. we chose to be on 45th floor and the view was all we hoped for. We had booked a deluxw room as this was our last 3 nights in America and were slightly disappointed by the size of the room and the facilities it had. No fridge,paper cups for coffee machine, only one robe and that grubby on the hem(but soon changed and 2 brought up), smallest bathroom ever,King sized bed not the proportions we had been used to on our journey through the States. However the position of the hotel made up for all those things. But there are hotels just as near, at prices that might be more acceptable.

a very nice hotel,good staff and great location.the hotel was very busy,especialey with american's, so it must be a decent place to stay

Would stay at the Sheraton again. Room was very quiet even though not far from Times Square. Also had all comforts expected in large hotel chain.

This hotel is just on the edge of Times' Sq and within walking distance of Central Park, Rockerfella Centre, all the main shops and Empire state building.

Fantastic location for seeing everything. Times Square 2 minutes away but surprisingly quiet in the room. Room was fairly small for 3 people. Coffee facilities only provided for 2 which was odd. Plenty of towels and always clean. Can't believe we had to pay for use the gym! Customer service not the best but if you're only in and out of the hotel for sleeping and showering not the biggest issue.
