Amazing experience!
We had an amazing time at the Carlyle, mostly because we got engaged there, but te experience was definately heightened by the quality of the hotel itself and all the very helpful staff. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly despite the fact that they were obviously very busy. Our room was very comfortable and large and we had a complimentary bottle of champagne delivered to our room when they found out we had got engaged. Will definately go back when we have saved a bit more money again!

The hotel lobby is elegant. I was in a "classic" room which I guess means "small". It was small but very clean and comfortable. The matress was very comfortable. If I found another good rate, I would definitely be a repeat customer.
