VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
At the check in the hotel receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. The same person was at the checkout and again did not help with the taxi booking that had been made earlier. We had been promised a discounted rate for the taxi by the earlier receptionist which this guy did not honour. Overall poor service.
