Two minutes from subway station, very convenient for shops and restaurants. Room very clean and spacious for couple, ie did not need sofa bed. Bathroom 'cosy' so not suitable for large people.

My wife and I stayed 6 nights. The lobby had dirty furniture. Our door didn't close properly - couldn't close it without the key and the help said we could. Workers were working on the fire alarm system although they work only in the daytime. But the alarm went off without warning and they said they were testing the system.

The hotel was good value and well-positioned near Central Park. Despite the freezing weather, it was also very warm inside. On the downside, the hotel rooms were rather tired and depressing. Mine could have done with a fresh coat of paint, some fresh towels, bedding, a new shower curtain in the bathroom and a new window blind. The room also could also have done with a good clean - my bathroom was a bit grubby and the window was filthy.

Ok, so basically, they took $100 from my card when i checked in as a precaution incase i damaged anything etc which last time i checked my card, was not (as stated it would be) put back onto my card, which apparently would only take 5-7 days to do so, so im really not too happy about it. overall the room was ok, very modern looking and clean, small but for a couple it was comfortable enough. i would not want to stay there again though.

It's not Hilton but it's nice and friendly place on great location (1min away from metro) with friendly staff. The little studio wasn't imaculate, but really good enough for my visit. I would deffinatly come back and recomded it too.

Situated in a great area, just outside the noise and chaos of the centre, but just a 30 minute walk (especially through Central Park when we went in early November with the colours of the falling leaves) or a five to ten minute subway ride from 72nd street. With express access to downtown Manhattan. Not to mention amazing several markets / organic supermarkets a couple of blocks away, thus making great savings using cooking facilities in the apartments.

Me and a friend stayed at the Tempo apartments for 9 nights and had a great stay. We found the whole building to be clean and suprisingly quiet. The front reception staff were very helpful with every question and request we had. We also felt very safe in the area and in the building its self with 24 hour security. Also there is a subway station at the end of the block, very handy! Its only a few blocks from Central Park aswell. We did not have one complaint about our entire stay! Overall it was a fantastic place to stay!

having read the other reviews i was really surprised by the wide range of differing opinions re woogo - and even slightly worried having booked!!! just remember that you have booked into an apartment rather than a five star hotel, therefore service is not part of the deal. the rooms were clean , bright and large and actually very pleasant to be in - the windows could even be opened, so if you dont like the air conditioning, you do have a choice! if you want the independance of an apartment then this is great - it actually gives you a very new york feel. so much of new york living is on the shabby chique side of things , and this is the case with woogo. the area is great to be in - two blocks from centra- park or riverside drive - great for a run every morning, and half a block from the subway to get you downtown in minutes.

It did what it said on the tin... The room was clean & tidy, kitchenette provided all things needed. Bed wasn't the most comfortable. Room was air conditioned. Location was central to all ameneties including main subway line, and therefore was good value for money.

When we first got to our room : 1. wall sconce was hanging off the wall. 2. No hand towels. 3. no light bulb in floor lamp. 4.Bathroom door casing had blood smeered on it. 5. Stovetop was in very poor condition & only 1 burner was functional. 6. Bath tub drain was cloged.
