the hotel was realy nice, well worth the money we paid for the week. from top to bottom, the buildin is realy clean and tidy. from the moment i got there the staff were realy friendly, happy to help with any problems. the room was cleaned every day, when we come back all the towls had been changed and everythin. will definately use this hotel again if i return.

Slow check in. Got to given room but it was occupied!! Back at reception, another 15-20min wasted for them to find a room. Uncomfortable beds. Old bedroom furniture. Rubbish left in room from previous occupants. Tiny bathroom (no bath as such). Very noisy-Poor sound proofing of door and walls. Breakfast buffet is best avoided.

Lots of cheap souvenier shops all selling the same stuff. Good for a laugh though. Don't forget to barter.

After reading the reviews my boyfriend and I were a little worried about staying at this hotel. But from the moment we saw the hotel we were to say the least relieved. The staff were very friendly and the first impressions were that of a well run, clean hotel. Our room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The walls are quite thin, but most hotels I have been to are the same. I am a vegetarian and a fussy one at that, but I found lots to eat for breakfast and dinner! Our weekend was made even better by the bar man For the money that we paid we were more than impressed with the hotel. We would recommend this hotel, although we did go presumably at a quiet time of year.

Just returned from this hotel and was not at all impressed. The rooms are in need of an major update, (maybe on par with a hostal) bathroom needed cleaned properly wood rotten round doors, patio door base flithy, didn't want to look at the mattress!!! We decided to go all inclusive after reading some of the reviews, (Lloret quiet in January) this was a mistake - staff at the bar were not friendly the cup of coffee I asked for had a thick rim of lipstick around the cup - he did give another coffee with out any problems but if you asked for a drink you had to take back your empty glass or he wouldn't give you another drink, got fed up with this attitude and went elsewhere. The food in the hotel was the worst I have every seem, you can normally managed to find something to eat and in this case if was soup. Had to eat elsewhere We were a group of 4 adults and we will never stay in this hotel again.

lovely and clean, pleasant staff,unfortunately on our second day we had to queue for an hour and half for lunch as they had 4 coach loads of french travellers who took up the whole dining room adnd it was the same at dinner time, but overall the hotel was nice,

Room was updated and nice and clean Restaurant staff was very pleasant an frendly. Bar staff was horrible - big problem with customer service.
