THERE WERE WATER BUGS...THE A/C HARDLY BLEW COOL AIR...THE TV ONLY GOT 3 CHANNELS...YOU HAD TO HOLD DOWN THE HANDLE TO FLUSH THE TOILET...THERE WAS NO POOL

Located just a few miles from the beach. It was easy to find and had easy access to the main freeway. Would recommend if you just need a place to stay and aren't worried about great luxury.

Hotel was helpful with all questions, recommended a cab, cab wait was not long, staff extermely nice. Trip back to hotel for car after cruise was fast.

I stayed at this hotel with my family.The room was very clean.It had a great air conditioner.The front desk guy was very knowledgeable about local eateries and the area in general.This hotel met our needs and didn't break our budget.Would definitely book again when staying in Galveston

This hotel is nowhere near the cruise terminal or anything else for that matter. I was advised not to walk anywhere after dark in the area. There are no restaurants or services close by. I was not even in the room for more than 20 minutes when I met the resident cockroach! Come the morning I went to get a shower...no hot water at all. It wasn`t a clean relaxing environment, however the staff were friendly.

We stayed one night to travel on a cruise out of Galveston. For a one night stay, this hotel was perfect. The room was clean and fresh. The front desk staff was helpful with where to eat or shop. The contential breakfast was skimpy, but the coffee was great. We would stay there again. Offered parking for cruise travelers.

If you need internet access, this is not the place for you. I forgot to check on this feature before making the reservation and I was unable to do some of my work while there.
