Use this excellent Hotel as wellworth the extra money as food superb and so clean and very helpful staff.Take your credit card as do not except cash for room service or take cash in Bar after 11p.m.

Parking at 11.45pm at night was a nightmare. The noise in the lobby was deafening. The power in the room went at 11.00am the following morning. Thankfully the maintenance man sorted it out. Checkout took over 30 minutes in a queue. Only 1 person at reception. For a 4 star hotel I can honestly say it was the worst I have ever stayed at. More like a 2 star if that.

Had to pay for the car Park.most of the hotels which are away from the city, attract customers by free car park. Its a shame really. Cleanliness of the bathroom is very important to me and I am sure so is to many other customers, it wasn't very clean. moulds in corner, cheap quality tissue paper and generally unkempt as per 5 star/hilton standard

The Hotel is very nice and is so easy if your visiting the NEC. Very easy to find and is close to the moterways. I travelled from Dumfries, Scotland. If price does not matter, this is the Hotel to go to. My only disappointment was when I tried to book for the same time next year it was a lot more than I paid this year so I havent booked again yet.

Had to queue for 20 minutes to check in and then another 20 minutes the next day to check out. No complaints about the staff who were obviously aware of the problem and very apologetic. There are not enough staff on reception for a hotel with this number of rooms. The room itself was small and later in the evening there was a strong smell of drains permeating into the room and bathroom. Really not impressed over priced, under staffed and poor quality.

Unless you don't care or someone else is paying, eat in one of the many NEC outets as hotel is good but very expensive. Take water or other drinks with you for your room.
