Good value

Room was a fair size and although it was a standard room, we had all the toiletries and bottled water, iron and board etc. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, bar service good and buffet breakfast very nice. Negative was that the room could do with a refurb - wallpaper in the bathroom and bedroom peeling in places and tiling grout was discoloured and in need of replacement.

Very Impressed

A beautiful hotel in a really nice area. Just around the corner from loads of shops, bars and restaurants of a great quality. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Ramada Solihull

All was going well until I was asked to pay a significant amount to park my car overnight. Have stayed in a nearby hotel and not paid for parking.

Not Impressed

I was not impressed with the hotel charging car parking fee of 7 pounds per day for hotel guest. I was not told by Expedia that I would be charged for car parking. Internet services for 24 hours was 12 pounds which is a rip off. The Channels available on the TV were not adequate.

Could have been much better!

Restaurant staff in the evening were friendly and helpful and food Ok, not too expensive and well presented. Breakfast was simply over-priced and the hot food pretty average. Visit spoilt by not having any hot water in both rooms.

Lovely clean pleasant hotel with friendly helpful staff. Lovely views and lovely location

We were attending a family wedding nearby and had travelled from Somerset. We were pleased with all aspects of this lovely hotel and would certainly stay there again
