Excellent value for money. Great location right in the Arcadian Centre. Parking in same building. Would definitely recommend.

everything in this appartment was fantastic!!!! such great value for money.... ideal location... loved the car park, which led you straight to your appt... will def. go again...

There was a Mexican restaurant located next to the Arc apartments offering a fantastic lunch menu and great offers on wine & cocktails

I do not recommend this apart/hotel at all. Took me ages to find, the apartment was in the next road, it was grubby, furniture was broken, tackily and cheaply furnished, unsavoury area - I did not stay.

Well maintained (compared to nearby Premier Apartments) & clean (ditto). Good Sized rooms. Centrally located, within minutes walk of most of Birmingham can offer, including train stations. The address and map on hotels.com needs updating: they are now on the Arcadian shopping mall. It's got a flat panel TV yes, but almost no channels available --not even Freeview channels.

Really great, brand new apartments, very professional staff, highly recommended. We've already set up a corporate agreement and made two more bookings with them.

Only 5 minute walk to the bull ring, and then only a 10 min train journey to the NEC for £6 one way!

The hotel is obviously very new. There are some points that made the stay less than satisfactory: 1. The hotel parking is accessed through an NCP car park. Barriers were not working. Hotel contact number went through to an unmanned telephone and finally, when brought to the attention of the reception staff they accepted no responsibility for resolving the problem. My wife had two children in the car with her at 8:30pm and could not leave the car. The problem took one and a half hours to resolve whilst my children were in the car waiting. 2. Booking in was tortuous. 3. signage for location of hotel not adaquate.
