Very happy overall, nice location and would go back without a doubt. Price was so good considering how nice the place was and the high level to which the hotel is furnished and finished.

Good place to stay, large grounds. No breakfast included & expensive to buy at £15! Room very nice, bathroom poor but understand they are to be redecorated.

Room rate and facilities were excellent and food in the small sports bar restaurant was imaginative and nicely presented. The room was a good size but starting to get a little tired in places. Staff were very pleasant. The main disappointment was the very high cost per person charge for breakfast, with no option for anything lighter. I guess this is how they claw back cash for the good room rate.

Newspaper ordered on 3 mornings never arrived. Early morning wake up calls did'nt materialise. Room was adjacent to cleaners rooms and activity started at around 6am. Also it was under the stairs and was very noisy. The hotel is used for corporate training and guests were rowdy into the early hours. Request to move rooms was not met. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Television channels were limited to 4. Corridors were cluttered with glasses and trays which weren't cleared in a 24 hour period.
