Back to Uni

A perfect place to keep your bags while you explore Edinburgh. It is a university residence so mini bar but there is a huge breakfast in the canteen every morning. Our door wasn't particularly soundproof so the noise from other guests intruded a little.

It was okay...

The hotel offered really cheap laundry facilities which came in very handy. There is a local supermarket nearby and chinese takeaways across the road.

Good budget option

Buy a Lothian Buses day pass from the driver each morning. It's cheap and you can hop on and off buses all day.

It's just like being back at Uni!

Staying at the University Halls was like a blast from the past. The room was basic but did what it needed to and the breakfasts were fantastic. There was a big mix of people on the campus and this all helped add to the Edinburgh Festival experience.
