Service and accomodations were good. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room and bathrooms were clean. Room window didn't seem to lock but I was ok since my room was on the 3rd floor. Hotel location was good, 5 minute walk from Lancaster Gate tube station. I would recommend a stay in this hotel.

The scandinavian breakfast that they have was great. Lots of choices. Subways are a 5 min. walk away and if you need that last min. souvenirs there are lots of shops within walking distance to choose from.

The hotel is in a great location; close to Paddington Station for the Heathrow Express, next to Kensington / Hyde Parks and close to Oxford Street for shopping. The hotel itself has no frills but is clean and comfortable.
