Check-in was quick and efficient. Room on the second floor seemed to be recently refurbished and was a good size as was the bathroom with full-sized bath. Good range of food at breakfast though more fruit would have been appreciated. Excellent value for this area.
"Not too great"by K from Germany
This hotel was easy to find and only a 10 minute walk from Victoria station. The hotel room was small but that was alright. The problem came when I went to sleep. I woke up with a migrane from the mold and a back ache from the uncomfortable bed. The staff was friendly but I wouldn't stay there again because of the mold.
"Rude Staff with Tiny Rooms"by M from Birmingham
The receptionist couldnt be bothered to see if our room was ready at 140pm, simply beckoning us to the luggage storage, and saying our room would bready after 2. The afternoon receptiopnist couldnt be bothered to arrange a taxi for us that evening, telling us to go out to the street and get one independently. The night porter was prepared to quibble over £1 which the vending machine ate up - as it was a `human error'! He soon gave it to us when we told him we were fed up with the approach of staff in this hotel. The room was tiny - I bought a triple room - and it was a small double, with a single bert under the window - very minimalist. Bar was closed at 930pm! No parking or agreements with NCP - this was a selling point for other hotels.
"Good Hotel but let down by street-noise"by A from Vilnius
I thought this was an excellent hotel offering good value for money in a convenient loccation. However if you`re not a good sleeper (like myself) and bothered by traffic from the street - then I would make sure to request a room at the back
"Value for money"by G from Cleveleys
My daughter and I spent 2 nights here in August. Good location - closer to Pimlico tube station rather than Victoria. The room was adequate for what we wanted - basically just somewhere to sleep. The price we paid didn't include breakfast. The room was on the small size, but clean. The bathroom was OK apart from the toilet which faced the bath with absolutely no leg room. I am 5' 11" tall and was unable to sit on the toilet without crushing my knees up against the bath. Our room was at the front of the hotel and was quite noisy at night. There was scaffolding up outside the hotel and workmen, which added to the noise. Despite the high ceiling it was quite warm. On our first night when we got back from the theatre we couldn't get into our room as the key card wasn't working, but it was fixed the following day. The staff were polite and helpful, but if I stayed here again I would ask for a room at the back of the hotel (and one with a toilet not facing the bath!)

Hotel was good location for Victoria Bus station and was good value for money. Room was small but very clean and nice bathroom. Had a slight problem checking in, our room was not ready and it was after 2pm but the staff re arranged another room for us.
"not bad at all"by M from Poland
Price/quality ratio - good/very good. Close to Tube station and grocery stores. No AC.
