see all hotels in Victoria - Westminster"Well worth that little bit extra"by k from eastbounre
I first thought that this hotel was expensive. BUT on arrival the staff were freindly and polite and the hotel lobby was very nice. Once in the room it was great, a kitchen area were you could make breakfast or a hot drink plus all the necessary untensils. The only waty to cook is by microwave in this room. The rest of the the room was very well layed out and very clean and tidy. My only compliant was the bed was too hard for me but my wife slept well on it. The hotel is only 15-20min walk from Victoria and a 2min walk to the thames. So all in all it was worth that little bit extra for such a nice clean tidy hotel and room.
"not so sure"by m from oxford
for the price, the dolphin is reasonable. the gym is quite good and the pool, though small, has a quirky feel to it with the lighting and the design. the rooms themselves are like a habitat showroom. no character but good to look at. stains on my beds top sheet. there is a HUGE BUILDING project opposite which is noisy till about six. i'd give it a 7/10.
"Overall comfortable"by C from Turkey
The revamp has achieved a contemporary look. However the bed is rather narrow. The only available duvet is for arctic conditions. The new carpet has marks which housekeeping could have removed but haven't. The heating is problematic with old singleglazed windows, and hidden control for the bathroom heated towel rail. The kitchenette has less than the minimum equipment. On the positive side the location is central and the location quiet. The small restaurant does excellent food. Breakfast severely overpriced but dinner fine. Dont use the 'Deliverance' outside food service as they are dire. The best thing about staying there was being in a quiet smart spacious room with new decor.
"Perfect Spot"by C from Storrington
An excellent hotel quietly situated in the Westminster/Pimlico area. Very high quality of furnishings and good sized rooms. Efficient and friendly staff. Good bar and restaurant serving top quality comfort food. Would highly reccommend it.
