Only stayed for 1 night but had a lovely stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was a lovely size and very clean. We did have a problem with teenage girls running up and down the hallways at 11pm and it was also a problem getting to the hotel as the jubilee line was closed so we had to take different underground routes to get there which was a pain! but not a bad word to say against the hotel itself! lovely breakfast in the morning, all in all a very pleasent stay.

Stayed here on Sunday 7th June for one night as we were going to a concert at the o2 arena. The nearest tube stop is Canning Town and is about 2mins walk from the hotel which is great when you are wearing heels!! The o2 is one tube stop from Canning Town, however there was a replacement bus service running on the Sunday night, but this wasn't a problem at all - there was plenty of buses and it was really well organised both on the way there and on the return. The hotel was great, the room was clean and the staff were very helpful. We had to check out of our room at 11am on the Monday, but we were still able to leave our car at the hotel all day whilst we had a wander round London. The only negative I have really is about the breakfast... there wasn't much of it! The bread and milk kept running out and we kept having to ask for them to be filled up again which was a bit of a pain. The orange juice was out of order and the apple juice was like syrup!! But other than that it was a great stay and would definitely return.

Only one pillow a inch thick. telephone kept ringing during the night even though reception staff said they do not have a automated telephone system. Poor nights sleep as a result. When u picked up the phone it was a message from holiday inn!!

We stayed for 3 nights as a family and couldn't fault the hotel, staff or location. Would definately recommend this hotel with anyone travelling with young children. It was literally 5 minutes walk from Canning Town tube station and from there one stop to the O2.

Booked hotel two weeks previous to visit. Booked two double rooms, was informed on confirmation that booking in time at hotel was from 11.00 am. Went to book in just after 11.00am was told that could not book in until 14.00 hours. Confirmed booking with reception for two double rooms, left baggage with hotel. Returned later to book in was informed that our booking had been changed to two twin rooms as double room sissued on 1st Come 1st Served basis. This was a planned weekend to go to the O2 and see a concert with friends, we had stipulated double room when booking, was not informed 1st come 1st served and felt annoyed as we had initially arrived at just after 11 to book in. Breakfast was poor, toasters took long while to work and no glasses available for juice, replenishment of cutlery slow and arrived dirty. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, really spoilt what was meant to be a special weekend. Recommedndation to anyone reading this is stay somewhere else.

We selected this hotel because of its closeness to London City Airport. Arrived from a long day of travel at 9pm, where the taxi had some issues locating the hotel. Check in and service was very efficient and we forund the room to suite our purpose of resting and sleep. Bed may be on the hard side for some. Breakfast not very imressive, but sufficient.

The hotel was nice after getting lost in London trying to find it, but I think that was the fault of the sat nav that we had!!!

COULD DO WITH MORE STAFF ON LATE AT NIGHT ONLY ONE PERSON ON TO DO BAR AND RECEPITION. THIS WAS ABOUT 21.30 AT NIGHT.
