Disappointing - not a 4-star
Have stayed in many London hotels ranging from the great 4*'s to really grim 2*'s, and this place is definitely not a 4*. The rooms are tiny, the bathrooms are cramped, the service is only acceptable. It's passable for a weekend getaway to London where you spend a minimal time in the hotel, but there are cheaper places you could do that then staying here. Overall not worth the money I'm afraid.
