excellent setting

The hotel is based in a perfect setting for travelling around London, 1 mins walk from the Edgeware Road tube station on the circle line so easy for hopping on and off for all the sights. The hotel is busy but not large enough not to feel overcrowded and the staff were excellent. The room was a little small for a queen deluxe but it was clean and the views were fantastic. The breakfast was very good We would stay there again.

"Hilton is not just a name it is much more"

The use of the swimming pool is a bit problematic as it was full with playing children.

Good value

The room was small for two with two large suitcases. However, the service was prompt, courteous, and the folks at the conceierge desk were patient and went above and beyond to help us with several requests. Requests to housekeeping for linens and an electrical adapter were fast. The hotel was clean and both checkin and checkout were fast. I would recommend this hotel.

Great Price, Awesome Customer Service

We got a great rate with a Pre-Pay deal at this hotel. It is in a great location within easy walking distance of Paddington Station, Marble Arch, and Oxford Street. We used the local mini-mart to buy breakfasts and dinners most days, which helped save money. Every interaction with hotel staff was pleasant and above expectations. Our room was well cleaned every day. The wake-up call option was much appreciated. The pool/sauna/gym was also very nice and clean. Would recommend to anyone, and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Centrally located and good service

I both walked and used the underground from/to the hotel, both options are good. I walked to the bukcingham pallace, london eye, bridges, etc and used underground to be faster, but walking to those attractions was very nice.

Not the best, but meets london's expectations

Dining and the mini bar is very expensive in the hotel (4 GBP [apprx. 7$] for a bottel of water!). Edgward Road is full of grocery shops and resturants where you can dine for much more cheaper.
