The hotel was near places of interest, such as the Natural History Museum which we visited. The under ground is near by and there are plenty of places to eat if you don't want to eat at the hotel.

very impressed by this hotel. very easy got to from heathrow airport, on the same underground line. when we arrived we did arrive early(1.30 and checkin was at 3) and out room was not ready. found the desk clerk very unhelpful(pretty much just told us to come back at 3 and out room might be ready). when to get something to eat and when back at 3. different clerk this time an was told the room was not ready, however he could not have bent over backward enough to help and we ended up getting up graded. the room was very clean and spacious. def recommend, and the bar and restaurant where very good

Very expensive breakfast vouchers and local phone calls. Small rooms, refrigerator that did not work. Location close to the tube.

The sofa bed for my daughter blocked the way to the bathroom. We had to jump over the bed to reach the other side. That was ridiculous. Otherwise it is just an ordinary hotel and not good value for money.

The concierge at the Hotel was outstanding. He was one-of-a-kind. The hotel was very marginal. Typical small London rooms at a 4 star price. The luxury type services were laughable. Business center that closes at 6 pm and opens at 9 am, in-room refrigerators that were room temperature at best, 15 pounds a day for internet charges. The list goes on. Best part was a great location and a great concierge.

This hotel is next to a tube station and a supermarket (their is a fridge in the room, so you can buy your own mini bar). It is in a nice part of town with good communications throught out London. The hotel represents good value for money.

Across the street on Gloucester Road there is a good and cheap Internet Cafe open to 11 PM. Also there is a good 'Ask' Italian restaurant in the mall next to the hotel.

I have stayed here before and chose it because of the good area, close proximity to tube and Paddington Station and comfort of rooms. We were able to check in at 10.30 and choose a room on a higher floor so that we had a view over London including the London Eye. Breakfast good but expensive.
