This hotel is just a short walk from Holborn tube and Covent Garden shopping. I was anxious regarding the room cleanliness and comfort but could not complain about a single thing from the room to the helpfull staff. They will take care of your luggage after checkout until you return later to pick it up.

I took my 10 year old daughter to London for the first time, and stayed at the Kingsway Hall Hotel. The hotel staff couldn't have been friendlier, and we were really impressed! Really made our trip.

I'm just back from a stay at Kingsway Hall Hotel and it was a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, the room was a decent size for two people. Price was also reasonable for the location. Its only a few mins walk from Holborn Tube. Will be back and will recommend to friends.

Fantastic location and good value for money, would stay again on our next trip to London. The room was clean and comfortable - our friends also stayed and their room was bigger than ours - we both paid the same price - but we have no complaints, overall excellent hotel. Breakfast was a bit pricey but we found a small cafe a 5 min walk away for a full English breakfast £4 each, bargain!

Stayed 4 days before Christmas while visiting London to watch a show. Hotel is well placed in Covent Garden and nice to look at from the outside. However.... The Air Conditioning wasn't working and our room was exceptionally hot, plus our window did not open, only when pushed were we offered another room, this too had no working air con and the only way to cool down the room was to open the window which faced a very noisy building site which was operating all night. We got very little sleep due to the very uncomfortable temperature of the room and excessive noise from outside. We complained when checking out but were told that the air conditioning had been turned off as it was winter and they weren't expecting the mild weather, no compensation or refund was offered. Very very very disappointed and will not be going back.

Although outstanding to look at, this hotel does not offer friendly service. After recently returning from a stay in Egypt and receiving the most warm and friendly service there where nothing was too much trouble, this is in stark contrast to The Kingsway which only seemed interested if you are on an income level of £50,000+!!!
