    Value for money

For London the rooms are quite big and they have made good use of space, although the matress was quite thin and not so comfortable. The air con was a bit of a let down too but the windows did open which is unusual for a london hotel. The hotel itself is nice, breakfast excellent. Hotel bar is good, a bit slow but I had the best Pimms and lemonade ever, definately got a least 2 of my 5 a day in fruit. I would stay here again

    Very satisfied!

We reached the hotel and felt very pleased we booked it at such a low price. The room was very clean and in a very good condition, the overall service was excellent and we even had the chance to get a hot chocolate from the bar at midnight, although we expected it to be closed. We could as well choose to upgrade the service by paying 10 pounds per room (which we found it a rather small fee) for being able to get a free internet connection in the room (I have to mention here that there was free browsing at the lobby in any case), extra film to watch and a couple of other thingies such us body creams etc. Although we didn't stay for more than one night, I would recommend it especially if offers such as the one we found are available, since it's rather expensive for leisure travelers who can't afford to spend much. If I understood correctly there was a gym to use for free but the breakfast cost an extra 16 pounds (in our case where it was not included in the room price).

Nice place - shame about the sting in the tail

I had a lovely stay here - spoiled by the staff's refusal to accept Scottish bank notes in payment for breakfast. It's legal tender, Scotland is as much part of the UK as England is, but they were quite rude about it. For that reason, I'll never go back.
