Was very unclean, the en-suite was a cupboard with a toilet and shower the shower head was falling off the sealant around everything had gone black with mould and if you wanted to use the toilet you could not shut the door as your knees were stopping the door from shutting. Was put in the basement there was a door leading outside which was not locked and which had rat traps behind, asked to move rooms and was told 'all the rooms are the same'. Would not go back, only upside about this place was that it was in a good location.
