Have organised rooms at this hotel before and previously received better service. This time round, there was confusion in the booking (booked b&b but on check-in registered as room only - even after changing this, a credit card was still charged for breakfast!). Much smaller expected and colleague received a smoking room when we requested the opposite. Will not be planning to stay at this venue again

Chinatown is world class authentic with 100 restaurants and only a 5 pound taxi ride away. Also, the Heathrow express is the best way to get into town for a fair price and super efficient.

I had a room at the front overlooking the main road. It was exceptionally noisey snd destroyed a good weekend !!

Do get breakfast in the hotel, it is over priced and poor quality. Get on the tube and get off at the Convent Garden. There you will find a good value breakfast.

Hotel was located besides a tube and therefore easy to move around. It is about 15 minutes walk to Leicester Square. The facade of the building does not look attrative but the inside is good. Amenities are standard and nothing more to epect. Hotel is ideal for tourist who wants spend most of the time outside.

The room was clean but small more than one night might have been a little clostrophobic. There was plenty choice for breakfast. I asked for coffee that wasn't too strong and it was perfect, although the toast could have been hot. It stated on the web site that the hotel was close to Warren Street tube station which usually means it isn't but this was correct it was next door !!

Dont ask the barman for a bottle opener!And avoid sharing the very small lift with anybody whose got a BO problem
