The location of this hotel was great. Staff generally helpful and the hotel clean. The only thing I would say is that the beds were not comfortable and the pillows were horride. It appears to be a general thing at Raddison hotels as I stayed in the Raddison at Covent Garden and the beds and pillows were just the same. Please Raddison sort it out.

"Perfect home away from home in a 5 star Hotel"by M from Norway
In Leicester Square is the best Hotel I`ve ever stayed in. Tha staff will do everything to make You feel like a "Queen" or a "king". They even remembered me from my last visit. I had booked a double deluxe room, and I got upgraded to a junior suite. The room was perfect, even if You travel alone. And I think it`s very safe for female travellers who travels alone.( doorbell and safety chain) The bathroom was huge, and thre was a bathub and a separate shower. Every day I got fresh bedlinnen, and new teabags to make tea after a day out in London. There is a separate sitting area in the junior suite were You can put Your feet up, and have a glass of wine in a soft bathrobe. The Tv was a Bang& Olufsen flatscreen TV with great pictures. You could also feast Your eyes on beautiful art on the wall. WHen I looked out the window, I could see the buzzling nightlife out on Leicester Square Tha staff was professional and brilliant, and very nice. The doorman always held the door for me and wished me a good day. If there is anything that I have to point out in a negative way, it`s this: The breakfast is very expensive, BUT the best I`ve ever had in London ( try the omelet)
""A wonderful Hotel in the heart of Leicester Square""by A from London
The hotel is positioned on Leicester square, so you are only a short walk away from the restaurants and shops. The rooms are lovely, armed with everything you would need. The staff were unbelieveably helpful. It was possible to drop luggage off well before check in, which was taken to the rooms for you before you checked in, so no dragging luggage about. Overall, it was a fantastic hotel, with a HUGE range of facilities, we will certainly be returning.
"superb location"by M from Isle of Sheppey
Stayed at the Raddisson Edwardian Hotel 6th Sept 08.Very nice clean smart hotel, staff were excellent. Drinks a bit pricey but no more than you would probably expect from a hotel of this standard. Hotel was located at leicester square, great possition. We stayed on the 1st floor in a delux room...very nice. Could be a little noisy but double glazing takes most of it out. Ideal location for everything. Would stay again, a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.
"Perfect location"by w from Liverpool
Situated in the perfect spot for exploring all London's major attractions, with helpful and friendly staff and a room that did not disappoint. Not cheap, though, and the price put it outside the bracket for a mid-week stay that was not a "one off special occasion." You cannot avoid some noise in London and you should expect some noise when Leicester Square is cleaned and the bins emptied in the early morning. Small cosmentic touches required (old lift call buttons covered over with tape in reception) but a good place to stay. Overall, enjoyed it.
