Wonderful area and amazing hotel

Absolutely stunning hotel set in lovely area. A little hard to find from the main road when driving but comfortable rooms with everything needed and room service excellent. Wish we had had longer there to try out the spa. Hotel bar prices were of course extortionate but great location for getting to the O2 and London centre.

Great for o2

Hotel is perfect location to stay for the O2. Superb views across the Thames and comfortable rooms with good service from the friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our night out.

absolutely fantastic hotel - recommended

I was wonderfully impressed by the Radisson Edwardian - Providence Wharf. The hotel was in beautiful condition, with state of the art , modern facilities. The room was spacious and clean, again with fabulous bedroom and bathroom facilities. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The location was perfect for the O2 arena, with easy routes to London City centre. The room rates are very well priced.

Excellant hotel

Excellant hotel, of very high standard and fantastic for visiting the O2. The service was excellant. The view was amazing with fantasic bathroom! Great value!

'Geat place to stay if you are visiting the O2'

The Hotel is in a great location and if you book a deluxe room you get a fabulous view too. My husband and I had booked a superior room which still had a great view but wasnt as big as one of the deluxe rooms. Having said that it was still amazing with a Bang and Olufsen TV and MP3 connection. The finishes to the room where amazing with the bathroom looking like something off of a magazine cover. The only down side to our stay was the noise from other guests. This was quickly delt with by the Duty Manager. We were then woken at 8.05am by Housekeeping who were unaware that the room was occupied. At 9.00am our breakfast was delivered as requested and was really good. It was lovely and hot and freshly cooked. My husband and I tend to judge the hotels we stay in by the breakfast and this was second to none. When we checked out, the Duty Manager who dealt with us asked if we had enjoyed our stay. We said that the hotel, room and breakfast was great, and our stay would have been even better had our fellow guests not made so much noise and if housekeeping had not woken us up so early. To his credit the Manager was very opologetic and said that the next time we booked with Radisson Hotels, we would be upgraded to a deluxe room.

Great hotel poor sercvice

We were given an incorrect postcode twice when we called and subsequently diverted to Poplar, so with traffic about 30 mins out our way. I rang prior to booking re the parking charges and was advised would not be charged, but we were. I rang down for extra blankets at midnight as was cold, waited for half hour and heard nothing so on my second call I was advised that there were no spare blankets in the entire hotel!!! Good facilities, clean hotel but poor service and lack of responsibility for this when we addressed it with the on call manager. Would stay elsewhere next time.

Great Hotel

Brilliant hotel with a great feel to it. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace, which overlooks the thames while enjoying a tipple. The spa facilities are also amazing and just what you need after navigating Londons underground system. Have been back to this hotel several times already

Great location

It was a good location to get the the Expo, and to get to greenwich for the start of the london marathon. Great to look over the Thames, and see the Dome.

impressive hotel fbulous location

I booked this hotel purely because it was the right side of London to compete in the marathon.The marathon was ok much like many of the others i have done but the hotel made the week-end.The rooms are very impressive and the service second to none.

As the hotel was given a new postcode when it opened it does take a very long time to upload to all the various database's and I offer my sincere apologies that it has yet to reach teh AA and RAC.
