Needs to be renovated
The hotel has a very old, not very fresh feel to it. Even the rooms are old, they need updating. Too expensive for what you get.

This hotel had an amazing view really friendly staff and was in a great location. not only that the bed was so comfy and the towels were really fluffy too it was like being at home :)

Perfect location for shopping
Hotel was clean, well kept, very helpful staff and ideal for all shopping and sightseeing. Resturants pleantiful within walking distance of hotel. Great view of city from the 15th floor, although lounge could be upgraded with decor. Will return.
