Disappointment at the Top

The views are splendid: at night, each of the London Eye's gondolas glitter like so many pearls on a necklace of the finest silver. The internet cable hide in a hideous spaghetty of cables and wires under the table, the bathtub could not empty and the razor outlet wouldn't work. The staff smiled as they should but hardly followed through with the warmth of service one might expect from so fine a name, at the best address in London. Sorry not to have a better comment, as the views deserve better.

Great Location, very reasonable

We stayed at this hotel for two nights during our honeymoon. We were looking for somewhere reasonably priced in a great location in London. This definitely met those criteria. The hotel was recommended to us by a friend, who also loved it, but said that the only issue was the small rooms, which was true. We had trouble finding a place to keep our bigger suitcase that wasnt in our way. And I felt like I was stepping over the toilet to get into the shower (but not any smaller than my bathroom in my home). I believe that this is not unusual for most hotels in London, and anyway we spent most of our time in the city, not the room. The hotel was within walking distance to Picadilly Circle and the underground, it was clean and the staff was always very eager to help us, and very, very friendly. We will most definitely stay there when we go back.

Can't wait to return!

Wonderful steaks at the nearby Gaucho Grill. Try brekkie at Fortnum and Masons across the road.

Not impressed

Positive points of this hotel is it is very modern and located at a prime location. But the rooms are much too small. I barely had space to lay out my luggage.

Great Hotel

Very central hotel on narrow quiet upmarket street. Queen Superior room was lovely. Very nice bathroom. Everything what you would expect. Modern design. Courteous staff. Breakfast in bed highly recommended.

Nice hotel in a great location

Location is the key here. Access to the LA Fitness gym down the street (for a 10 pound fee) was nice as well. The cost is a bit high but so is everything in London. Food was good but not excellent.
