Crompton’s French Restaurant - Located just off the main lobby is a lounge for executive guests, with oak furniture, gilt framed prints, and sofas leading into the restaurant itself. This has small clothed tables each with an individual light overhead with a pink fringed shade, flowery wallpaper, and framed French prints, giving a feeling of intimacy and enhancing the French theme. With seating for up to 200 diners, this is a self-service restaurant offering a carvery, cold meats and fish, a selection of vegetables and salads, fresh fruit, and several desserts.

The Overstuffed Pizzeria Restaurant - Tiled floors and street access give extra light and an informal atmosphere to this low-key restaurant. Pizza and pasta are on offer along with sandwiches and snacks.

The Conservatory Bar - Just off the reception area, this bar has a large split-level seating area with cherrywood and oak tables, tub chairs, and leather sofas alongside black and brass figurine lamps and a carved oak bar behind a black ironwork gate. Guests can relax in the intimacy of the upper carpeted level or on wooden floored lower level with large windows looking out across the quay.

Fridays Bar - With both street and hotel access, this is a typically British pub with tables and chairs, leather sofas, and oak bar, as well as a bar for late-night dancing and parties. The International Hotel Canary Wharf - Docklands

A short guide to Canary Wharf - Docklands

London’s 21st-century waterside business district, Canary Wharf is best known for its cutting-edge architecture, including the 50-storey obelisk-shaped skyscraper, One Canada Square. Get there by the Docklands Light Railway, with elevated tracks giving wonderful views into a world of glass and steel. By contrast, historic Greenwich, home to the National Maritime Museum, is just across the Thames. A foot tunnel links the two.

"Lovely stay"  by R from South East

Our stay was very good, the rooms are very spacious and clean, nothing to complain about at all. The staff were all friendly and helpful too. Would stay there again!

"Not impressed"  by N from Newcastle Upon Tyne

The hotel itself was ok!! Not what i expected for a hotel in Canary Wharf though!! Service was rediculous, had to ring reception 3 times to get an iron delivered to my room (was about a 45 minute wait). Also thought that the price of parking over night was absolutely rediculous. Guests should not have to pay to have the privelage to park. The price was roughly £25 per night. Would never stay at this hotel again.

"Not that impressed!"  by L from Yorkshire

Though the entrance, corridors and the room itself where all very clean and tidy, I felt the Hotel was in desperate need of a make over - probably about 20 years ago! We stayed two nights and didnt need to spend much time at the hotel so it was adequate for our needs!

"Room temperature was too hot and the Temp control would not work appears to be present to 26c"  by S from Australia/Melbourne

Internet acces was not made available after having been informed when booking checking in that Interent will bwe available. However, later found out that internet was not abaiable to the floors due to a tech issues. I as please with that fact that they istalled a wireless temp card thus giving access. Fridge in room would have been nice!!

"Pleasantly surprised!"  by A from Bristol

I read the reviews on this hotel (AFTER I booked it!) so was a little nervous telling my daugther who was travelling with me to expect it to be 'a dump'. We approached the hotel on foot from Canary Wharf and was not over-impressed - it looked like a dilapidated office building! However, once inside, it was okay. The reception staff were polite and helpful but I opened the door to our room with some trepidation....What a pleasant surprise! The room was large, bright, comfortable and CLEAN!! The carpet was obviously new, as were the bathroom fittings and bath itself. There was an over-bath power shower, crisp white cotton bed linen and very comfortable beds. The only problem we had was that the air conditioning wasn't working properly and it was a very warm day. I complained to reception and they sent someone up right away and he 'fixed' it by opening the windows for us which was fine (until it rained later on and the rain came in!) We didn't eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the restaurant. However, there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Most importantly, the hotel is close to the o2 Arena (excellent view of it from our window!) which was the main reason I chose it. Overall, yes, the hotel could do with further refurbishment, but my daughter and I had a wonderful time, at the (Beyonce) concert, AND at the hotel! I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I was attending another event at the o2 Arena in the future.

"worst hotel i ever stayed in"  by j from nottingham

Bad customer service, bad quality food, the health club is awful and be warned for cleaners and maintenance just letting themselves into your room without knocking, was unfortunate for me as i was undressed at the time!

"Excellent Service and great location"  by A from Basingstoke

We stayed at the international as a vnue close to the O2, if it wasnt for TFL's great Idea to close half the tube lines on the bank holiday weekend this would have been a great choice! Really handy for transport links (if they are running) the breakfast food was great. there are many local bars and resteraunts which offer great food and, being out of the city and in the financial ditrict are not too packed nor full of yobs! The service in the hotel, espescially on reception was exceptional. The hotel is very nice, clean and tidy but in my opinion it is just about du a refurbishment. some of the decor is a little worn and dated but we had an excellent weekend nonetheless.

"Was most impressed"  by E from Bristol

I was very impressed with the hotel, which was great value for money. Although the rooms were slightly dated, we were lucky enough to be put in a suite room with jacuzzi bath and four poster bed. The view of the river was also great. The in room facilities were adequate and hotel was within easy reach of the tube stations. Located near the O2 which was why i selected the hotel.
