Excellent in every way
This is the third time we have stayed at the Langham Hotel. We keep going back because it is a great hotel,with great staff who always make us welcome. The rooms are classy, clean and comfortable. The hotel is just off Oxford Street so is perfect for a trip to London to do shopping or jumping on a tube to visit the theatre or other sites in London. Would throughly recommend the Langham Hotel as a place to stay in London.

Hotel was under renovation
Service was impeccable but experience marred by the fact that you had to travel thru miles of corridors to get to your room from a temporary reception. No mention fo the fact that the hotel was under renovation and some facilties not available.

Building work in progress so access to rooms was re routed
The hotel was extremely clean and staff were very helpful. However building works meant taking the lift to the 2nd floor, walking some distance and then taking another lift. It was easier to enter and leave the hotel by the back door which I felt raised safety issues. I found the rooms extremely warm even with the air conditioning fully on. It was unfortunate our stay was not more comfortable as the location was excellent.

A great stay in London
A fantastic hotel with service of the highest standard. My only major criticism is that the Hotel Bar was excessively over priced. ??44 for 3 drinks that would cost less than ??10 in a bar! and a 12% service charge when I went to the bar to get the first round.
